I've been taking it for over a month now and I've noticed the difference in my knees, which were very painful before. I especially notice it using the stairs, which I had to do very slow before, both up and down. My knees are not 100% but that's has been a noticeable improvement. I'll continue using it.

I’ve not been on Nimbl for a month yet, so for me with arthritis in all my joints and my hands and right shoulder being the worst. I’ll write what I’ve noticed. My hands are the worst the pain in my palms veins unbearable , but I feel they are easier especially the pain in the palms. My joints , knees and hips seem easier and my right shoulder the pain isn’t as severe. So, I’m hoping it’s due to Nimbl. I’ll definitely be buying another months supply.

I am very elderly and, although still quite active, I have found the stiffness and joint pain makes life more difficult. I have taken Nimbl for four weeks now and-can feel an improvement. I am not expecting miracles but there is definitely less pain and stiffness.
